Ginny entered the Cosmetology business after spending twenty five years in corporate america. A long time resident of the area, she watched the area's growth and decided the time was right to bring a quality salon to  the North Dallas area.

 

When hiring stylists she looks for individulas with dedication to their craft, creativity, willingness to learn and personalities complimentary to the salon environment.

 

On a personal note, she wants her clients to know that customer service means everything to her. She wants every client to feel special while having a service in her salon and loves when her clients feel beautiful. Lauren Noorbakhsh

Daughter to the owner and a 7 year veteran of the salon, Lauren has been here since our business opened. Well known and always in demand by her clients, Lauren’s skills and attention to detail are respected. She performs her work with confidence and precision. Because of her years of experience and her ability to foil and apply color quickly she can have you in and out of the salon in a timely manner.

 

Lauren’s tenure provides her with the experience to access your hair needs and make recommendations that will send you out with a beautiful head of hair! She will train you on how to manage and maintain that new look when you go home.

 

Regardless of what you desire, she can give you a conservative or trendy color and cut look. Grey coverage with hightlights is her speciality.

 

 

Alison McMackin

A stylist of our salon for 3 years, Alison is know for her unique style of hair cutting. She is that stylist that can look at your hair texture and face shape and give you a cut and style that will be unique to you alone. Her speciality is short and short textured hairstyles and her clientele reflects that speciality.

 

Along with her cuts, her colors compliment your overall cut style. When you leave the salon we guarantee people will ask “where did you get your hair cut”?  Her attention to detail is evident and she will insure you know how to manage and maintain your hair when you get home.

 

Alison has a special knack with updo’s. She can position and pin up hair beautifully. Updo’s takes a special eye and she definately knows how to work the hair.  If you are a bride-to-be or have a prom or special event in your future schedule your appointment with Alison.

 

 

Roberto Rodriguez

A 2 year veteran of our salon, Roberto will tell you he bleeds "Black and White". For those who don't know what that means it is his commitment to the Paul Mitchell culture and organization. He has full knowledge of Paul Mitchell color and cut techniques and employs them in all his work. Whatever the latest color or cut trend Roberto is familiar with it!

 

His clients will tell you that his color skills are amazing. Those skills range from natural looking highlights to modern day edgy dimensional color.

 

Regarding his cutting skills: From precision scissor cuts to awesome textured razor cuts to male 0-Fades to soccer mullets, he can do it all! If you have long luxurious hair, you'll love his signature blow-out so much that we guarantee that you'll keep coming back to see him!

 

 

 

Heather LeGate

If it’s highlights or a custom designed color you’re looking for, Heather is your stylist. Heather thinks outside the box and will provide you with a look that is unique for you. She’s inspired to create that look that turns heads and makes people ask “ who did your hair”? That’s why in the past year she’s been here her clientele has grown so quickly. In this business referrals are key and Heather’s clients are loyal and great at referring their friends and family.

 

She loves to say that she will send you home with a style you can re-create at home. She’s also known for her great head massage that she provides during every shampoo. When a client comes into our salon and they need corrective color, Heather is one of the stylists we recommend. She loves the challenge and is confident she will get your hair on the path to being healthier and prettier.

 

 

 

 

Ellen Dickson

A great listener, your consultation with Ellen will result in sending you out with the look you desire. Her haircuts are precise but she can finish them out with texture for a fun edgy look for those who like a funky loose style.

 

Her signature color is fun color placement and block coloring, but she also loves doing natural highlights and single process grey coverage. Whatever color your hair needs she will take care of you.

Shannon McPeek

Master Colorist, Hair Health Expert, Platform Artist, Editorial Stylist, Motivational Speaker.

 

Since beginning his career in 1994, Shannon has been trained by the best the industry has to offer. He has taught close to 1000 salon classes and trade shows nationwide. He has worked for John Paul Mitchell Systems, Schwarzkoph USA and Joico. He has also been published in numerous trade magazines globally including a spread in Modern Salon Magazine, for which he not only did the hair but he shot the photo's.

 

Shannon's skills have been put to the test with several celebrities including models, actresses and a member of a former First Family. His goal, as a hairstylist, is to give you the hair you have always wanted in the healthiest way possible. Come in and see how to get the hair you always wanted!
