We are Studio 720 Salon, the #1 salon in Little Elm, TX.
Our vision is simple: people come first.

At Studio 720 Salon, we have grouped together some of the best hairdressers in DFW to make a fantastic team of stylists who want to create some beautiful hair - and have fun doing it. Our cozy little salon is an oasis of positivity, love and genuine connection. We want our guests to feel comfortable and at ease with letting our team do the hard stuff, your job is to relax!

Our hairdressers are hand-picked, educated monthly, given a work/life balance and allowed to create and let their craft flow freely. Creating magic for their guests is always top priority.

A true Dallas gal, with a love for all things retro. Jordan takes inspiration from the new and old hair techniques, and helps them fit your style. She has a more ‘free’ approach to hairdressing, and doesn’t take herself too seriously. Blessed with the gift of gab and a sense of humor, she enjoys creating relationships with her guests while transforming them into their best self. While she does love a messy shag haircut or lived-in blonde; she also appreciates a sleek bob or mens fade. Jordan is a Paul Mitchell Dallas Graduate, and has held a Cosmetology License since 2012. She loves being able to help other stylists find their niche and trust their instinct to let their passion and creativity run free…so they can make hair fun again.

Specializes in: layered haircuts, blonding and foiling, curly/wavy hair and stylist education.

Diddie is a Little Elm local with a love affair with hair. After graduating from Paul Mitchell The School in 2014 she made herself at home at Studio 720 Salon. She is a favorite at the Salon with her perfect shampoo techniques, infectious laugh and bubbly personality. She loves to work with the client to get the result they desire. She is truly multi-talented in all elements of styling, cut and color.

Specializes in: Long hair, shampoo/styling, dimensional color.

As of 2026, Shayna is only working Saturdays in the salon.

A charming stylist with lots of talent and energy to give. Shayna has trained under our master stylists to perfect her skills and learn the craft, but has been building her own path at Studio 720 ever since 2016. She enjoys color services the most, and is willing to take on a new challenge. During the service, she creates a safe, relaxing space for her guests as she works her magic. Shayna is famous for her amazing shampoo experience and provides a 5-star service from beginning to end - ensuring you look and feel fabulous when you leave.

Specializes in: Dimensional color, blonding and balayage, long hair, red and ginger hair coloring.

Shaughn

Senior Stylist/Licensed Barber

Shaughn Niland

Shaughn (pronounced Sean) our residential dual licensed Barber and Cosmetologist! Shaughn got her cosmetology license in California in 1981, and pursued a hairdressing career in Texas at the original Toni & Guy salon in Dallas for over 10 years. Shaughn left the chair for a few years to raise a family, and is now back behind the chair making magic happen. Shaughn previously worked at Floyd’s Barbershop in Allen, where she specialized in men’s cuts and curly hair. In 2024, she joined the Studio 720 Salon team, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Specializes in: mens and womens cutting, mens grooming, curly hair, shampooing and head massage

Jes is a 2023 graduate of Gainesville NCTC, where he completed his studies as a Dual Credit Student in Cosmetology. Despite his youthful energy, Jes brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the beauty industry. With a focus on hair and enhancing personal style, he is dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Jes excels in a variety of services, including precision haircuts (from clean fades to long, flowing layers), bold fashion colors, intricate braids and updos, creative clipper designs, and voluminous blowouts. Always eager to expand his expertise, he continuously seeks out opportunities for professional growth in products, techniques, and services. Hi, I’m Willo—a stylist at Studio 720 with a passion for helping clients feel confident through customized hair transformations. I began my journey in the hair industry in 2022 and have since developed a love for bold blonding techniques and timeless “old money” styles.

Collaboration is at the heart of my approach; I enjoy working closely with clients to create looks that complement their personality and lifestyle. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll likely find me enjoying brunch or relaxing by the pool.

I specialize in all forms of blonding—including full, partial, and balayage—as well as precision layered cuts. I look forward to welcoming you to my chair and bringing your hair goals to life!

Keiana—also known as Kei (pronounced “key”)—is originally from sunny Phoenix, Arizona, and proudly graduated as Salutatorian from Collectiv Academy Dallas in March 2025.
She specializes in precision cuts for all lengths and textures, with a particular passion for edgy, alternative styles. Whether you’re looking for a bold transformation or a refined shape, Kei’s focus is always on helping you feel confident and empowered when you leave her chair.

Outside the salon, Kei enjoys diving into books, gaming, creating art, and hunting for treasures at local thrift shops. Her creative spirit and attention to detail shine through in everything she does—both in and out of the salon.

Her areas of expertise include: Alternative and razor cuts (shags, mullets, etc.), layered cuts and voluminous, bouncy blowouts.

A creative stylist with a passion for all things color, Gemma specializes in dreamy blondes, bold vivids, and eye-catching creative placements. Gemma is a 2025 graduate from Collectiv Academy in Dallas. Along with color, she is also Bellami Extension Certified. Gemma combines artistry with expertise in color retention and in-depth consultations to bring every vision to life. She’s a perfectionist with purpose!

When they’re not behind the chair, you’ll find Gemma treasure hunting through antique shops or sewing up their next statement piece.

Andrea

Andrea
New Talent

Andrea is a Denton native who is a lover of all things transformative. She is an Aveda Cosmetology Graduate, and has been a hairdresser since 2025. She has spent her time since then refining her skills to bring your inspo pics to life. She is a lover of all things hair color: whether that be lived in brunettes, high impact blondes, or gorgeous and bold vivids. Along with that, Andrea loves to chat about your current hair concerns and set you up with the perfect hair routine and products that will transform your hair to the best it’s ever been!

Outside of the chair Andrea is also a huge lover of all things art and music related. As a previous music major you can find her singing along to her favorite bands in the car and also finding the latest live music events to attend!

Specializes in: Vivids, blonding, bobs, long haircutting and styling.

Our stylists go through years of advanced training and monthly continuing salon education to provide the best quality of hairdressing possible. For questions regarding stylists, pricing and free consultations, please contact our Service Desk

We require a 24 hrs cancellation notice, appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be required to a 50% charge of the missed services prior to rescheduling a future appointment.

No-call no-show’s will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment prior to booking a future appointment, and also pay for the future appointment at time of booking.
